2+2 Dual Undergraduate Degree Program

• Study at Qingdao City University for the first 2 years
• Pursue studies at overseas partner institutions in the subsequent 2 years

Guarantee Mechanisms and Related Requirements:

• Guarantee Mechanism: If unable to study abroad due to uncontrollable factors (such as sudden serious illness, natural disasters, war, etc.), students must apply and pass assessments to meet requirements, remain on campus to complete the fourth year of study, and upon meeting our university's graduation and bachelor's degree conferral conditions, will be awarded our university's diploma and degree certificates.
• Students Not Meeting Transfer Requirements of Overseas Universities: Within the university's stipulated study period, continue to complete supplementary relevant courses domestically until meeting the specified requirements before being eligible to study abroad.
• Breach Handling: Those who violate their commitment to study abroad due to personal reasons will be handled according to relevant university regulations.

The International Dual Degree Program does not have a separate admission code in the National College Entrance Examination (Gaokao) enrollment catalog. It adopts an "Admission First, Selection Later" education model:

Apply for any of the six undergraduate programs in the College of Computer Engineering at Qingdao City University: Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science and Big Data Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Network Engineering, Internet of Things Engineering

Step 2: Post-enrollment Selection

Determine the final International Dual Degree Program cohort through mutual selection process

Selection Criteria

Basic Requirements:

• Admitted to one of the six undergraduate programs in the College of Computer Engineering at Qingdao City University
• Gaokao English score must exceed 90 points

Tuition Standards: Experience International Education at Domestic Prices

Qingdao City University Tuition: Students must pay the full four-year tuition to our university. The International Program tuition is identical to regular classes with no additional fees. This means you receive more personalized and internationalized elite education for the same investment. Note: Four-year tuition payment is required regardless of whether studying abroad.

Partner University Tuition: During overseas study periods, additional fees are charged according to partner universities' current standards. Tuition varies by institution and program, with specific costs determined by official announcements from respective partner universities. We offer various scholarship programs to ease your study abroad financial burden:
