Why Choose Business English?

Broad Career Prospects. The Belt and Road Initiative, the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) agreement, and the Blue Ocean Strategy have opened expansive employment opportunities for Business English graduates. Career paths include positions in foreign-funded, joint-venture, and domestic enterprises; government departments; education; e-commerce; and translation services.

Programme Features:

  • Language + Practical Business Skills + International Trade Specialisation: Integrating Eastern and Western educational approaches, we pioneered a three-module curriculum (English + 6 Functions of Business English + International Trade) to cultivate versatile business English professionals.
  • Team Teaching + Cross-Faculty Faculty Integration: Joint instruction by faculty from the School of Foreign Languages and the School of Business Administration breaks down disciplinary barriers.
