Overview

Based on the provincial first-class professional construction site in Shandong Province and the provincial characteristic professional mechanical design and manufacturing and automation, this major integrates the international engineering education certification system into the training program, based on mechanical design and manufacturing, integrates computer science, information technology, automatic control technology, and uses the theory and methods of advanced design and manufacturing technology to solve complex technical problems in the field of modern engineering.   • It has a digital manufacturing engineering research center, which can meet students' professional skills such as deep learning mechanical innovation design, intelligent manufacturing training, industrial robot application, CNC system development and reverse engineering research.
  • There are 26 full-time teachers and 8 experimental training teachers in this major. 45% of full-time teachers have associate senior titles or above, 73% have graduate degrees or above, and more than 40% are double-teacher teachers. Teachers have won 1 second prize of Shandong Provincial Teaching Achievement Award, 1 second prize and 6 third prizes of Shandong Provincial Outstanding Scientific Research Achievement Award, 7 authorized patents, and more than 200 invention patents.
